We suggest that you choose your items carefully and use our size chart as a guide. Only in the event of a manufacturing fault or if the wrong item is sent, we will then take necessary steps to correct this.
After careful inspection of items, exchanges will be processed within 2 business days and you will either be refunded the full purchase amount or issued with a unique STORE CREDIT code for redemption online, where you can then reorder your correct style, size and colour.
Please Note: All customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to the address below. Also, all SALE ITEMS are final and cannot be EXCHANGED for a store credit, unless they are faulty or not as ordered.
